    simply apply for a franchise specifying city, state, region, or country name and team name.  You will also need an approved logo before franchise is awarded, but you may file application first.  Once awarded a franchise you will be allowed up to one-half megabyte (512kb) web space for your team's Internet home page, or create your own elsewhere.  You will also be added to the IFFL League e-news letter.
